Job Title: Controls System Specialist
Location:
Servicing Western Washington
Salary:
Commensurate with experience
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Engineering.
- Attend job hand off meetings.
- Review control drawings, verify installation progresses accordingly.
- Monitor controls installation manpower on large projects.
- Install controls on some small projects if installation manpower is not available.
- Customer Training
- In-house technician training
- Service Department controls support.
- Field programming
- Verify Graphics are correct & reflect onsite mechanical system.
- System commissioning
- Create job back-ups and update ASEI project database accordingly.
- Mark-up and submit As-build drawings.
- Controls warranty support
Skills Needed:
The ideal candidate should have a good background in several of the following areas: HVAC mechanical
equipment, DDC control systems and devices, proven analytical & troubleshooting skills, a working
knowledge of electrical schematics and circuitry, experience with Windows 98, ME, XP, Excel, Word. (Extensive
Factory Control training will be provided by ASEI, on systems installed.
